Terms and Conditions for Krucx Technologies.

 

Introduction:

Krucx Technologies (hereinafter referred to as “The Agency”) provides digital marketing and web design services to its clients (hereinafter referred to as “Clients”). The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by the Agency to its Clients. By accessing and using the services of the Agency, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Services Provided:

The Agency provides a variety of digital marketing and web design services, including but not limited to website design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and email marketing. The specific services provided to the Client will be outlined in a separate agreement between the Agency and the Client.

Payment Terms:

The Client shall pay the Agency the fees for services rendered as outlined in the separate agreement between the two parties. Payments shall be made on a timely basis as specified in the agreement. In the event of a delay in payment, the Agency reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received.

Intellectual Property:

The Client acknowledges that any and all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, arising from the services provided by the Agency shall remain the property of the Agency. The Client shall have a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such intellectual property for the purpose for which the services were provided.

Warranties and Representations:

The Agency represents and warrants that the services provided shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. The Client represents and warrants that all information provided to the Agency for the purpose of providing the services shall be accurate and complete.

Liability:

The liability of the Agency shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the Client for the services provided. In no event shall the Agency be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.

Confidentiality:

The Agency shall keep confidential any confidential information provided by the Client for the purpose of providing the services. The Agency shall not disclose such confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Client.

Term and Termination:

The term of this agreement shall commence on the date of acceptance by the Client and shall continue until the services have been completed or until termination by either party upon written notice.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Agency is located.

Amendments:

This agreement may be amended by the Agency at any time and without prior notice to the Client. The Client agrees to be bound by any such amendments.

Entire Agreement:

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

By accessing and using the services of the Agency, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. If the Client does not agree to these terms and conditions, the Client should not use the services of the Agency.
